Terms of Service

1. Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the coaching services provided by Mousaab Khaldi ("Coach", "we", "us"), based in Dortmund, Germany. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide executive and leadership coaching services based on the 4 Empires Coaching Model. Coaching is a professional service that supports personal and professional development. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions and actions.

3. Engagement

Coaching engagements are application-only. A separate coaching agreement will specify the container, session cadence, duration, and investment. These Terms apply in addition to that agreement; in case of conflict, the individual coaching agreement prevails.

4. Payment

Fees are due at the time of online checkout or as stated in an individual coaching agreement. Payment transactions on this website are securely processed via Paysera.

5. Cancellation, Guarantees, and Refunds

• Regular Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are considered delivered and non-refundable.
• Breakthrough Guarantees: Our 30-day and 60-day Breakthrough Guarantees apply strictly to the full completion of assigned roadmap milestones. If a client fully implements the 4 Empires blueprint and sees no measurable diagnostic shift, they may request a refund within their program's designated guarantee window by emailing contact.us@mousaabkhaldi.com.

6. Confidentiality

All content shared within coaching sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising out of or in connection with the coaching services is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the engagement in question. We accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence, and mandatory liability under product liability law, remain unaffected.

8. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons. This right may lapse earlier if you expressly request the service to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that this right lapses upon full performance. Details are provided in the individual coaching agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For business clients, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Dortmund, Germany. For consumers, mandatory statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, dated above, applies to new engagements.
